Open Positions in the Adli Lab

We are actively looking for talented and enthusiastic team members. If you are interested in genome regulation, have previous expertise in functional genomics tools and have ideas to use these tools to understand genome regulation in normal and malignant settings, we would like you to join us.

Postdoc Candidates should contact Dr. Adli directly ( ) to inquiry about potential open positions in the lab. We are always looking for enthusiastic and self motivated people with "big ideas" centered around cancer genome, chromatin structure and genome function. We are actively interested in postdoc candidates with expertise in functional genomics (RNA-Seq, ChIP-Seq, ATAC-Seq, Hi-C, scRNA-Seq) & computational biology (Bioinformatics and NGS data analysis) approaches. We have our own projects but we are also highly interested in hearing your ideas to pursue a common goal together.

We welcome Graduate Students and have multiple open positions in the Adli Lab. Currently accepted graduate students are encouraged to contact Dr. Adli ( ) for potential rotation projects and openings. Prospective graduate students should apply through related departmental websites.
